Job Description
• Review and validate loan applications, financial information, credit reports, and supporting documents to assess borrower creditworthiness and detect fraudulent or irregular accounts.
• Evaluate income stability, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, collateral, account information, and other risk factors using approved tools, systems, and validation references.
• Verify document accuracy and completeness, conduct external verification, and identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, missing requirements, and potential red flags.
• Prepare clear and detailed credit review reports containing findings, observations, and recommendations for further evaluation and credit decision-making.
• Coordinate professionally with Sales, Credit Committee, branches, and other stakeholders, ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations, and escalate possible fraud or high-risk accounts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to six (6) months of experience in credit review, credit analysis, lending, documentation review, or account verification is an advantage.
• Good analytical, checking, validation, fraud-awareness, red-flag identification, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple accounts and tasks under pressure, both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, willing to learn company systems, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
