Job Description
• Conduct field visits to delinquent customers to collect overdue payments, verify account information, and provide updates on account status.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and repayment commitments while following company collection policies and ethical collection practices.
• Identify and report unreachable, skip, fraudulent, or high-risk accounts for proper monitoring and escalation.
•Prepare accurate collection reports, field visit logs, payment updates, and required documentation within set timelines.
• Maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring compliance with data privacy, payment handling procedures, and company guidelines.
Qualifications
• At least high school graduate or vocational certificate holder; college level or graduate of a related course is preferred.
• With experience in field collection, account recovery, customer handling, or related functions is an advantage.
• Must have good negotiation, communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
•Willing to conduct frequent field visits and travel within assigned areas; motorcycle ownership and valid driver’s license are preferred.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, persistence, accountability, and willingness to learn collection policies and procedures.
