Job Description
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, organizing, and filing pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, demand letters, notices, reports, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case digests, summaries, research notes, legal references, and supporting materials for the Corporate Lawyer.
• Monitor filing deadlines, hearing schedules, case status, submissions, pending requirements, and legal action items, and coordinate with courts, agencies, external counsel, branches, and internal teams.
• Maintain complete and confidential physical and electronic case files, contracts, corporate records, legal trackers, reports, and other sensitive documents.
• Provide administrative and hearing support, check document completeness and compliance, report documentation gaps or urgent concerns, and escalate matters requiring legal guidance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communication, or any related four-year course.
• Fresh graduates may be considered; internship, academic exposure, or experience in legal support, paralegal work, compliance, court filing, administrative support, or corporate documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn legal research, legal drafting, case monitoring, contract support, court and agency filing, and legal records management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coordination, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Capable of preparing clear and accurate legal documents, reports, summaries, correspondence, and supporting records while handling multiple deadlines and filing requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, willing to attend external filings, hearings, and agency coordination, and willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
