Sales Associate - Collateral

Job Description
• Promote the company’s collateral-based loan products and generate qualified leads through field marketing, referrals, digital platforms, events, and partner networks.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, including product explanation, application completion, documentary requirements, follow-ups, and account status updates.
• Maintain and monitor an updated sales pipeline, including leads, applications, pending requirements, approvals, releases, and other sales productivity indicators.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to support accurate and timely processing of client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, dealers, developers, agents, and referral partners while ensuring proper documentation, confidentiality, compliance, and customer service.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field; fresh graduates may be considered.
•Experience in sales, customer service, lending, financing, banking, real estate, or field marketing is an advantage.
•Good communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
•Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client applications, follow-ups, documents, reports, and sales targets.
•Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, marketing activities, and partner coordination, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems and tools.
