Job Description

• Lead a team of sales associates, ensuring efficient performance and growth.
• Monitor daily production, releases, and provide updates on operational status.
• Maintain strong client and employee engagement for quality service delivery.
• Implement sales strategies and report team performance to the Immediate Superior.

• Assist in meeting targets and act as Officer-in-Charge when needed.

• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in branch operations.

•Experience in lending/financing is a plus.
• Strong marketing skills and industry/product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, adaptable, and analytical.
• Willing to undergo 2 weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
