Job Description
• Manage daily branch sales operations and ensure achievement of sales, production, and release targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Associates and other assigned sales personnel.
Implement sales strategies and branch initiatives to improve productivity and account generation.
• Monitor applications, approvals, releases, pending accounts, pipelines, and other sales performance indicators.
• Support client acquisition, field marketing, referral generation, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Loan Consultants, referral partners, and other business sources.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, branch operations, account management, business development, loan processing, or related functions.
• With supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience in lending, financing, banking, or a customer-facing industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, sales, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, adaptable, analytical, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to undergo required training in Ortigas, Pasig, or other designated locations.
