
Sales Product Head - Collateral
SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Job Description
• Lead the strategy, development, roadmap, launch, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of collateral-based products, including asset-backed loans, ORCR Sangla, and car financing.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry analysis to identify product opportunities and ensure competitiveness, profitability, compliance, and operational feasibility.
• Monitor product KPIs, portfolio quality, sales and release performance, conversion, risk indicators, profitability, customer feedback, and financial results, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and guide assigned product managers, specialists, and sales personnel while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Drive go-to-market plans, product training, pricing and process improvements, risk controls, budget and resource management, and resolution of escalated product, operational, customer, or compliance concerns.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of experience in product management, product development, business development, sales management, financing, lending, banking, or a related function.
• At least two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience handling product initiatives, teams, business units, or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in collateral-based lending, asset-backed financing, car financing, ORCR Sangla, secured loans, or similar products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of collateral management, product lifecycle management, lending operations, regulatory requirements, risk management, profitability, and process improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of product or project management tools, Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies is an advantage.
