
Sales Product Head - Real State
SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Job Description
• Lead and grow the Real Estate Loan business by developing sales strategies, market expansion plans, performance targets, and business development initiatives to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with developers, brokers, institutions, referral partners, and other business sources while identifying new channels and market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Regional Account Managers, Account Officers, Sales Associates, and other assigned personnel, ensuring alignment with approved strategies, product guidelines, and sales targets.
• Monitor applications, approvals, releases, conversion rates, profitability, partner productivity, and sales pipeline movement, and recommend product, pricing, campaign, incentive, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Credit Review, Loans Documentation, Customer Service, Finance, branches, and other stakeholders; prepare management reports and address escalated sales, partner, client, processing, or compliance concerns.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in sales, business development, product management, account management, real estate financing, lending, banking, or a related function.
• With supervisory or managerial experience in handling sales teams, business units, product lines, regional sales operations, or partner management.
• Experience in real estate loans, mortgage loans, developer relations, broker management, financing, or banking is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales management, business development, lead generation, partnership management, product performance monitoring, profitability analysis, and sales pipeline management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, presentation, relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to conduct fieldwork, branch visits, developer meetings, partner engagements, and business development activities as needed.
